This Privacy Policy explains how Mobistack (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Paranoia (the “App”), available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. It applies to the App and to this page. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
In short: Paranoia is a pass‑and‑play party game. You do not create an account and we do not ask for your name, contact details, or precise location. We use standard analytics and crash‑reporting tools to keep the App working, and store providers process any purchases. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect
Paranoia does not require you to sign in or provide personal details to play. The information involved is limited to:
- Usage and analytics data — app events (such as screens viewed, games started, features used), general device information (device model, operating‑system version, language, and country), and app‑level identifiers. This is collected through Google Firebase Analytics to help us understand how the App is used and improve it.
- Diagnostics and crash data — crash reports, error logs, and performance data, collected through Google Firebase Crashlytics so we can find and fix problems.
- Purchase information — if you buy a subscription or other in‑app purchase, the transaction is processed by Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store. We receive your subscription/purchase status to unlock content; we do not receive or store your full payment‑card details.
- Content you enter — if you use custom or AI‑generated game modes, the questions or prompts you create are sent to our servers to deliver and, where applicable, generate that content. Please do not include sensitive personal information in custom content.
- On‑device settings — preferences such as your chosen language and game settings are stored locally on your device and are not personal to you.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and provide the App and its game content.
- To process and validate in‑app purchases and subscriptions.
- To understand usage, diagnose crashes, and improve performance and features.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Services and third parties we use
We rely on trusted third‑party providers that process limited data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies:
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, and backend services) — Firebase privacy and Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Play Billing and the Apple App Store — for processing purchases and subscriptions, under Google’s and Apple’s privacy policies.
- AI content provider — where you use an AI‑generated game mode, your prompt is sent to a third‑party AI service solely to generate game content.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third‑party advertising profiles.
Data sharing
We share information only with the service providers listed above to run the App, or where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public. We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties.
Data retention
Analytics and diagnostics data are retained for a limited period in line with our providers’ default retention settings and then aggregated or deleted. Purchase records are retained as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting requirements.
Children’s privacy
Paranoia is a party game intended for a general, teen‑and‑older audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights and choices
- You can reset or limit advertising/analytics identifiers in your device settings, and opt out of personalized experiences at the OS level.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play or Apple App Store account.
- Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@mobistack.co and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the limited data the App handles.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards under the providers’ privacy frameworks.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, through the App or store listing.
